I have boarded a dog and a cat there, and they always come home happy, and seem excited to go back, even if it is just to shop. The staff have always been very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they carry.
The staff at Idlewire is the best! They really took great care of my 170-pound bloodhound Baloo for five years. It wasn't always an easy job since he can be very stubborn at times but he always loved going to Idlewire and the staff made us feel like a family. Took my dog, Oliver there for the first time today. Not only is it the best grooming he's ever gotten, the staff was incredibly friendly! I will return many times!
We love this place. It is convenient to pick up and drop off right off of Harrison blvd, close to our home. We know that our dog is well taken care of and we trust this place to anyone that needs a place to watch their pet as they go on vacation.
