People are so knowledgeable and nice here.

I went to this store because I thought I would be able to get better customer service than other much larger hardware stores. Unfortunately, I received the same poor service. Osh has plenty of staff but they were too busy talking to each other instead of answering my questions. I was looking for 30 shower door replacement parts for my apartment building. The first staff pointed me to the wrong isle. The second staff told me he does not know where they are located. I finally went to a cashier that was talking on her cell phone. I asked for a manager and she called a staff member walking by. He was not a manager but said he could help me. He proceeded to walk me to three different locations in the store only to find that the shower door accessories were not located there. I left and went to Home Depot instead. This Osh store is a joke.
