I have to admit I was really scared to go here after reading some of the reviews. Actually, I was scared anyway because I don't have any tattoos and all the stuff that could go wrong was in my mind, from poor work, to pain,to inexperience, and the list goes on. When I arrived I was completely honest about my concerns and asked for her honest advice on what would be best for my looks and situation. I found Lisa to be quite blatantly honest (which she admitted), and a little on the blunt side, but I did not have a problem with that, because she had MY best interest in mind. People may say that seems unprofessional which I can understand if you feel like picking her apart, but I actually appreciated it. She is very competant , gentle, and meticulous with her work. If you are looking for fluff and fairness, go somewhere else, but if you want someone who knows what they are doing but just has a strong personality, come here.

I love this salon,they offer anything you can think of, hair, waxing, massage to permanent make up, very professional and really nice group of girls you can tell they love what thay do. stylist are very experienced and the owner does amazing nails,best Ive had, she does the permanent makeup and Ive seen a lot of her work,AWESOME,Ive recommended many friends and they love what Lisa did for them.Ive had a pedi from Rashell and was in Heaven,and my massage from Leah was fantastic and cant wait for my next,great prices and convienient location.

I get my pedis from richelle and nails from lisa and hair from diane, they are awesome! They now have an awesome massage therapist with the best prices and experience everyone should check it out!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought I would share my experience so more people don't waste their time, energy and money as I have on Lisa Anderson at Avanti. Lisa has been nothing more than a flake. I bought a Groupon to get both eyebrows, along with top and bottom eyeliner tattooed. I had to make an appointment over a month out because she doesn't like doing tattoos later in the day because she gets over it by the afternoon (those are direct quotes out of her mouth) A few days before my appointment, she called to cancel and reschedule. I agreed. My new appointment day comes around and I get a phone call an hour before my appointment from her. She said her 2:00pm appointment cancelled, so she was just going to leave. I said okay? so do I have to reschedule again??? in a confused tone. She said yes, how does Wednesday work? I didn't really have another option at this point. Tuesday comes and I receive a voicemail from her cancelling my appointment for Wednesday (THIRD CANCELLED APPOINTMENT.) Her voicemail states that she was in the middle of a tattoo and the needle shot out of the tattoo gun. She also stated that she has another tattoo gun, but it doesn't work as well as the one with the needle that shot out, so she is going to have to reschedule me AGAIN. Firstly, to be THAT unprofessional and tell someone a needle SHOT out of the tattoo gun, which will be used to tattoo your face is a huge red flag! (as if the 3 cancelled appointments weren't enough.) I am giving my honest experience in hopes to defer others from being put through hoops as I was.

I've read the reviews on this salon on other sites. They couldn't be more wrong. 1st, Richelle does my nails and is amazing. The best pedicure ever!!! 2nd, Diane does my hair & can ROCK color like no other!! 3rd, I've had a massage by Leah & aaaaahhhhh.....need I say more! Finally I've had my permanent make up done by Lisa.. she did my brows and eyeliner and I couldn't be happier. She gladly took my requests for a thicker line & definaty numbing was applied. Everyone is professional and upbeat. It's a family type of salon & everyone is kind and helpful.

I had my eyeliner done and Lisa was wonderful! The numbing worked well, so as to the other review...I'm not to sure what your talking about. I went in for my touch up which she explained would probably need to be done & it went just as well. Lisa is very professional, kind & caring. I noticed she gets very upset if she's hurting you....she insists on more numbing. I would highly recommend her and all the girls at Avanti !!

I had my eyeliner tattooed on both upper and lower lids. Besides that my eyes received no numbing effect in any way which was very painful, the eyeliner has disappeared in less than six months. Owner is very rude and I will not ever return to this salon.

Went to this salon after finding it at yellowpages.com, it was everything that the first review said. I walked in and the staff was very helpful, although I wasnt able to get my hair done, the girls their were very helpful in getting me an appointment in timely manner.

Great Salon, Great place to get everything done without the stuffiness of a Spa. Super nice owner, very heplful!!! Definately the best kept "SECRET" in sparks!! Super cute and exceptionally CLEAN!!!
