I love the service I get from Stanley Steemer. I have had them out multiple times over the 9 years I have had this home. Rarely have the same crew showed up, and not once have I been disappointed. I have opted for lower cost and coupon deals from other companies 3 times and have not liked any of their results. 5 stars all the way from me.

Stanley Steemer came out to clean a living room and 2 bedrooms. The guy did not use the pre-spray even after being questioned because we have always gotten it before. He said it wasn't necessary, he would get it clean. The carpets did not look clean but he said wait a few days, it will look better. It does not! Talked to the guys in the Stanley Steemer booth at the fair last night. They said that guy no longer worked for them and they would come out and redo them for free. Just call the local office. Did that just now and they want $139.00 to redo it, even though their special is 3 rooms for $99.00. We have 13 rentals that we used them for but will find someone else now.
