I feel that they do a good job with their engraving and have nice pieces to choose from in their store but I do think that their cost to engrave is high, which is why I only gave 4 stars. I came in to have 3 napkin rings engraved for gifts and the total was $60! I didn't stay to have them done. Will be seeking other vendors.
