Extraordinary is the only word to describe the service experience at Toyota of Stamford. I recently brought my son's 2005 4 Runner in for a few repairs. Ken Sherwood and his team went above and beyond to ensure the service was comprehensive and efficient. Ken took the time to walk me through each of the repairs so that I understood exactly what his team delivered and why. This is truly a team that you can trust! Also, from the staff in the office to the garage they could not be more personable. In fact, I was loading a few pieces of luggage into the back of the 4 Runner and one of the techs (Nixon I believe) came out of the office to ask if could help me. I've been driving for 32 years and never experienced service quite like this.
