Weik & Associates are great bankruptcy attorneys! I now wish my husband went through them instead. I went through them last year for mine and did not file jointly because I thought he was doing well. Found out this year he filed and now they are trying to drag me into his debts. The main thing is I am not on any of his debts he incurred. Trustee is trying to get my wages to pay it because she found out that I am making more money then him now. What she does'nt know yet is my wage is just above minimum and I get paid a commission which can be withdrawn at any time. I am not guarenteed this bonus money. It also fluctuates.
