I meet with Sonia in the alteration department, she worked me in to a tight schedule. She is by far amazing. Very attentive. It's was busy but she make sure to check up on me while I waited. My dress is coming out amazing. She is the only person handling me dress which is great. So grateful to have meet Sonia and wait to pick up my dress.

Last July I made an appointment and got treated with exceptional service , I was told you don't have to make an appointment that walk ins are still welcome. Well I decided I didn't want the dress I picked out and went back to get another dress yesterday as a walk in. The hostess was not welcoming with me at all! She said there was not anyone that could help me so I told her that was ok since I was a walk in customer. I asked her if there were any dresses in my budget that I gave her and she said no. So while I shopped around until someone could help me I found a whole slew of dresses in my budget! So I asked for a dressing room and she said she would have to talk to her Mng. I told the hostess I wasn't worried about assistance trying the dress on and she replied well your going to have to wait because there's not any dressing rooms available. The Mng finally came to us to see if we needed any help and than I was extremely disappointed after that , because the Mng, found someone within 15 seconds to help me . The girl that helped me was not busy at all and.........there were many available dressing rooms! So FYI if you want to get exceptional service at David's bridal, make an appointment or just go straight to the Mng for assistance ,because if you got the hostess I got than you may just walk out the door ! They were lucky I was desperately in need of my dress and live out of town .

Lacking customer service n professionalism!

This place has the worst customer service. We were ignored the entire time we were looking. When we found a couple of dresses to try on they refused to let us! Go somewhere else!

I haven't been satisfied with the customer service. Sales rep doesn't know much, and the manager of the store was less knowledgeable about her lines. I went to another location where the sales clerk was very helpful with suggestions and really made this Sugar Land location look not so sweet.

The staff is very unfriendly and rude!! I have had nothing but problems since I started working with them. I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this store!! Is is worth the drive to drive to another David's Bridal - where the staff is not so rude!!
