They melted the belt and trimming attached to dress. They told me to come in at 5:30 to speak to owner and the owner never showed up. I drove 40 minutes to this store in traffic. The owner will not call me back after talking to their work force. The owner does not stand behind their work and one of the employees told me the owner will never respond to damage items.
