This entity is only interested in adding additional charges to your bill and will not be happy if you do not oblige them. They (mis)train their staff to not only suggest add-ons but to schedule them whether they were requested or not. Watch out for this vet pushing cat extractions and dental cleanings when the pet is on the table for a sterilization. Avoid.

I'm a dog owner who has lived in Tallahassee for 20 years. During that time I went through three veterinarians, eventually leaving each one due to his or her individual shortcomings (inattentiveness, temperament, questionable level of care, etc.) It was my very good fortune to find Dr. Novey. She is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had. She is very thorough and attentive when examining my two senior dogs, has a very good personality, and is a pleasure to interact with. She is an exceptionally competent provider of veterinary care, and I had complete confidence in her abilities and skills when both my dogs needed surgery. She understands that owners care dearly about their pets and follows up with phone calls when necessary to provide information about blood tests, biopsies, etc. Front office staff is excellent. Costs are very fair. I highly recommend Novey Animal Hospital.
