Worst experience ever! They are deceitful and have no communication skills what so ever! I was introduced to this office by my children's normal dentist by referral because my son needed a root canal and they can't do that in their office. I needed an endodontist. Upon calling for appointment I was told they could do a root canal and insurance would cover it. Dr Alniti did have an x-ray done by a dental assistant but that's all he did. He determined my son needed extra dental work done, posts, crowns, and not one root canal but two! With out even looking at his actual teeth! He glanced at the x-ray from across the room and that was it! The extra work was not necessary and to also determine this by not even having to examine his teeth? I was told by him 3 weeks were needed for my sons insurance to approve everything and to make an appointment. That was it. I go to the front and the receptionist is filling out a referral form for my son. She tells me the their endodontist is not in my insurance network but if I wanted I could pay over 1,300 for him to do the root canals. and my insurance would cover posts and crowns. Dr Alniti did not tell me anything she was telling me or explain anything to us. He apparently didn't want to take the time TO DO HIS JOB! How can I trust what he says without him even looking the problem and let him do any work on my child's teeth after that? Nope, I'll pass. They could care less about their patients and more about lining their pockets.

I took my daughter for an annual checkup, cleaning and xrays as I am new to the area and this is the dentist my insurance picked. We arrived 15 minutes early but waited in a very small hot cramped waiting room They did not have the proper x-ray equipment for my child - so no x-rays the hygienist was not personable or friendly even though my child is only 7 yrs old and then when the dentist came in to examine he was cold and rude and said she needed a filling but was she going to be good because if she wasn't he wouldn't do it. My child is very good at the dentist and didn't make a peep for the attempted adult x-rays even though it was too big and hurt her mouth or the quick scratching, scrubbing and cleaning with no personality hygienist. Although this may be okay for grown ups this would not be a place where I would take children as they are not equipped with the right personalities or friendliness that should come with having young patients

I went to this dentist yesterday, waited for over an hour and the first thing they did was ask for $50. I said"For what?" and they ticked off a list of routine things like a periodontal check. I told them I only wanted what my insurance covered - an office visit with x rays - which should only be a $5 copay. The dentist actually then came out and said he couldn't see anyone for $5 b/c he couldn't afford it. He told me to go find another dentist that would. I told him all dentists had accepted the $5 copay (and of course, what the insurance pays also) and he asked me to leave - I was disrupting his office!!! Of course, I did leave but I also called my insurance co. to report this "price gouger". This guy is not a professional health care provider - he is only interested in making $ - off you!.

Do not go there!!!! They STEAL YOUR MONEY! I got a reminder call on my vociemail which also stated I had a $50 copay. I have insurance that covers everything 100%. I called them up(left a message) because no one answers there phones and I work at a doctor's office and run all adminstrative task by myself and still answer all the phones. They finally called me back an hour before my appointment and they told me what the copay was $5 office visit, $15 chair side fee and $30 evaulation fee. I called my insurance up and they said the insurance covers all of that and a $5 copay is the only thing I should have to pay. Apparently they are charging extra things to make more money and insurance said I don't have to pay any of it. I called another dental office up who takes my insurance. They told me there is no other fee but $5 for your first visit. I told them what the other place was charging me; they told me that was ridiculous.
