After spilling an entire plate of hot spaghetti right in the middle of my new dining room I wasn't really sure who to call. I had used some other companies before but I was never really that impressed. I called steam master and they had a technician come out the very same day. The technician made all the difference. He was very thourough and took his time the way I would have done it. I feel very fortunate that I received such high quality for such a little pay.
