This is the worst Sally's out of the ones in W. Tampa. The staff is lazy and rude, can never answer any questions. Forget about calling, they either don't answer the phone or can't understand what you're asking. I've talked to the manager twice and she's just as bad. Overall bad customer service, I avoid this one and go to one of the others instead when at all possible.
