I had some work done on my house by these guys, and I was impressed! I found this company after getting a referral from a friend in real estate, and then doing my own homework. I found this company to be one of the few legit, and properly licensed, tile shops around, and even met the owner at this Ventura Blvd. showroom, and shook his hand upon coming to an agreement. He showed up on the job, worked just as hard as his crew, and then went way above and beyond. The building inspector that they sent from the city was really cool, and said he was very familiar with the good work this company has been doing around here for a couple decades. I guess I won't need the Life time Guarantee they gave me then.

I just got three bathrooms re-done! These guys did good work, showed up every day on time, and are very proffesional. I got a good total price for everything. I looked all over town for a tile store that could install too. And not just refer me to some independant guy with a truck. Last time I did that I got ripped off! I wanted a real company, with a real business this time. I am very happy about the lifetime gaurantee from a factory certified company. The last guy that did the shower here, did a cheap method of installation using some pan liner and cement board of some kind, which is a really bad method, but I didn't know any better because it looked perfect, then it started to leak, causing a lot of damage to the structure of the house. When the Valley Guys came and tore the old shower out it was nasty! I was very shocked at how badly mold and rot can really destroy a house and how fast too. I will never use any other company again! Thanks for saving my house and health.

This is the best find ever if you need tile or stone or a bathroom or kitchen! And you like a local small one stop shop.

I found some really expensive stuff there that is incredible, And I loved it! But- it was so expensive... And so what they did was they mixed a little of that with some regular vein cut travertine with a special finish on it, creating a story board for me right there in the showroom in two minuets. I got a free design that is unreal, a great price, and it was installed perfectly! I was shocked when a building inspector showed up. But he was nice, signed off on the plumbing work and even commented on some of the obvious beauty of the work, gave me a certificate of occupancy, and bid me farewell. My tax dollars at work too! Most impressive Valley Tile. Thank you!

The guys that came were really fast and clean. They were on the front sidewalk 15 mins. early waiting for me! And they got done 1/2 a day before they said they would. I am very happy!
