Animal Lovers Inc has put a major dent in pet over population in Berrien County via their low cost spay and neuter assistance program for both cats and dogs. Nobody is turned away. If you can not afford the surgery for your pets; they will provide it free. There pure goal is to end euthanasia of healthy animals that are put down because they are homeless. They are experts with feral cat population control. I have received help from them several times and will back their reputation up any day !
