LOOK NO FURTHER. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!!
Called with a major roots-clogging-the-pipe-to-the-sewer problem. The owner said he'd be out in about an hour and he showed up earlier than promised. Less than an hour later all drains running smoothly again. He was fast and friendly and courteous. Very professional and very reasonably priced. Could not be happier or more satisfied with this company. I will need their services again because of the monstrosity of the tree in my yard and it's massive root system and I will be using Drain Master in the future.
New Years day 2016 and the owner showed up. The main sewer line to my septic system was plugged. Another local Independent contractor refused to work for the next 3 days when we couldn't flush toilets without back up in the basement. Drain Master was here within a hour with excellent equipment and understood the problem. Apparently the plugged location was difficult to locate. He was persistent and didn't leave until the job was done for a reasonable price. Very professional.
Excellent Serivce! I called after 9pm on a Saturday night and a real person answered! They promptly arrived at the scheduled time and the service was top notch. The serviceman was very polite and asked before doing anything. He was in and problem fixed within 30 mins. They also give a guarantee on service. He gave me 60 day guarentee on his work. Top class.

I just had a bad experience with another plumber. Drain Masters cleaned out the main drain and had me flush my toilet and run the bath water to make sure everything was working before they left. Drain Master is a locally owned business with quick response and professional service. Bill was a complete pleasure to have in our home today, and fixed the problem with our drain in less than 1.5 hours. Just a rusty, scaly clogged drain to the septic system plus a shampoo cap that no amount of Drano would ever eliminate. Very competitive on price, polite, cleaned up after the job - will never call anyone else!
I woke up to a backed-up toilet the day before I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner! I called the company we have used in the past, only to be told the soonest appointment would be Friday, two days away. I then looked in the yellow pages, and saw Drain Master had a high rating and two great reviews. I called, and was told someone would be here within the hour. Sure enough, one hour later a very nice and friendly gentleman arrived with his truck, and gave me excellent customer service! He had the problem taken care of in about a half hour, treated me like I was the most important customer of the day, and really cared about my home and getting things right. The price was a little bit cheaper than I had paid before, and I got a one year guarantee! Thanks Drain Master!
Wow!!! After three no answers I got ahold of Drain master at 5:30 pm. Bill gave me a price qoute over the phone and said he'd be at my house within the hour. He showed up 15 minutes later and had my sewage line cleaned by 6:15. AND charged me leess than his original quote.
I called another plumber before I called Drain Master. They quoted me $176.00 to snake our tub drain and said they wouldn't guarantee that it would even work. I called Drain Master and they were half the price, and they were done in 5 minutes!! The technician even cleaned up. It was like he was never there except my tub now drains with a typhoon force! I was very happy and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Call around if you must, but you won't find a better service or value then them.
