They are one of the few laser tag places left in our area and it is a shame that their equipment constantly fails and their employees are horribly trained and managed, with the exception of one or two. The manager wasn't even available to speak with and when I asked when they would return, the employees had no idea. Even when I called back several times I failed to reach them.
