Founded in 1986, Nijiya Market is a chain of grocery stores, specializing in Japanese food. Based in Torrance, Calif., the market operates its organic farm to supply organic produce and vegetables. It also bakes its own line of bread and cake. Nijiya Market offers fish sausage, organic spaghetti, tuna, salmon, cod, chicken, beef, Shrimp chips, pork and tofu.
