I have been to this store numerous times (6+) during "normal" business hours and yet have found them to be OPEN... So I travel the 1/4 mile down the street to Second Amendment and they get my business.... Would like to see what this place is like, BUT can't do when the door is locked....

Not a huge selection but the customer service is great! Being a woman I get treated like I don't know what im talking about when I go to places like this but not here. They could answer any questions I had and their prices were really good.

My wife and I went in this morning to look at concealed-carry handguns for her. I had researched gun shops on the internet and saw many bad reviews about other Tucson stores and their lack of customer service and decided to try The Armory based on their reviews. The shop was neat, well organized and had a fair selection of guns displayed. What was amazing was the level of attention and service we received during our visit. Even though there were several other customers in the store we were greeted right away. Eli showed us several revolvers and spent a lot of time answering questions and offering advice. We also spoke to another gentleman, as well as the owner as we browsed. Everyone we encountered was friendly, unassuming and very helpful. Their prices seem to be inline with what we expected. After spending an hour or so looking around we decided on a handgun and ammunition. Our entire experience was excellent, and I'd highly recommend them.

I just bought my rifle from Josh and friends and it was a fantastic smooth and easy transaction. The guys at the Armory are top notch.
