Max Klein, 918-504-6298, proj mgr, canvassing my neighborhood in late May, 2008, had a nice white truck and a slick book showing storm maps that might have hit my area plus other positive company information. I had gotten the impression that they had presence in Tulsa for a long time, but BBB 877-492-1266 reported they had been a member only since April 2008. Maybe I got the wrong impression or they just finally decided to join BBB. BBB had no negative reports. Max seemed like he knew the business. I'll give them a try and see what results.
