Awwwwful place! Customer service is awful and the dog grooming is awful! It was the worst experience I've had with any dog groomer. My Maltese looks ridiculous and it's not even fixable. I received a groupon and because I didn't mention the groupon at the time scheduling the appointment I couldn't use it so I had to pay full price. Thankfully groupon reimbursed my purchase promptly. I would never recommend this place. I've never written a review before about a business but that's how dissatisfied I am. STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Took my dog in to be groomed and the staff was wonderful. They are great ,and are very caring ,and loving with all the pets. Leslie and her crew are the best in town and I highly recommend them. :) I will be using them from here on out and will not take my baby anywhere else . Thank you Pawcasso family

Recently took our pet here for grooming that included a cut. It was unbelievable how utterly rude and unprofessional the women working were. I will never take my pet here again and recommend that nobody else does either until they learn how to be respectful to their customer base. Remember, it's not what you say, it's how you say it.
