Great experience with Robert Green. He really knew his stuff. When I came in to Bob Hurley he quickly pegged me for military, I found out later from his own experience. He gave me a great deal on my income, he was quick, and I greatly appreciate his help. Great man on staff.

Buying a new car can be a scary experience, especially for a woman but , my experience at Bob Hurley Ford was very pleasant. The salesman Julius Allen (Dr. J) was very knowledgeable,He provided me with all the information and choices I needed. Also never once made me feel pressured as well as he was honest with me on what would fit into my budget. Horrible sales experience. This has been the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. It could be my fault for picking the dealership halfway between my house and workplace, and not doing my homework. they are exactly what you think of when you think of a car salesman. I'm happy with the product I purchased (new 2011 Ford Edge), but I would never deal with them again. I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from them. I'm not advocating any other particular dealer, but I doubt you could do worse than Bob Hurley...
