I think he is a great dentist! My child was scared to go to a dentist until he went to dr.susman! He always does what's best for my child! Sometimes you do have to wait but what good dentist doesnt get behind every once in a while... They always explain while they do a procedure and after the appointment...

Very friendly service and calls. Dentist was fast an thinks he can save my son from another root canal. My son feel good about the visit, an he has seen lots of dentist which he did not like. Most can't deal with his adhd.

NOT a kid friendly dentist. We waited over an hour after our apt time before we were even called back for my nieces root canal. They then started working on her before she was numb even though she told them that she could still feel. They didn't explain to her anything they were doing or how it should feel, except to tell her that she couldn't possibly still feel after the numbing shot. No tvs/ distractions for patients in the rooms. They seemed absolutely unconcerned for her comfort/ discomfort.My niece is terrified to go back to the dentist now. Then they didn't give any instructions to us after her root canal. The lady at the front desk was nice though. Will NEVER go there again.
