I have never seen a buisness that did not care at all about their customers until now. This buisness has gone downhill since new ownership.

Jerry's Cleaners may do very well with regular cleaning. Don't trust them with difficult jobs that contain different types of materials in the same garment. I specifically asked them not to try cleaning my academic regalia, which costs close to $900.00 new, if they could not care for the velvet on it as well as the wool that made the majority of the garment. When I got the robe back, the velvet panel on one side was ruined. Not only did they ruin the velvet, they tried to tell me it should look matted and mottled, unlike the velvet on the other side of the robe. Then they said they wanted to put new velvet on the robe themselves, rather than pay to have it fixed by people with experience working with academic robes. Given my experience up to that point, I took my robe back to the manufacturer for repairs, which cost me $185.00. Needless to say, I was not happy!
