The food is good as long as Chef (sic) Christian isn't working. I've worked with him at two different places, and the man never washes his hands. I've seen him walk in the door, and immediately start handling food. He leaves messes for his coworkers to clean up behind him. He has no regard for safety (dropping knives in the sink), leaving food out on the prep table for hours while getting sidetracked. He is disrespectful to coworkers. He's been kicked off of food network, and told to not come back. Eat here at your own risk.

One of the best in Tyler, never gets old.
