So I dont know if these reviews are actually read by the Managers of each establishment, but I could not find an email for the manager of the Chili's restaurant in Vacaville. We picked up a to go order on This past Sunday 10/2/16. I ordered 2 meals, very simple fish taco plate and a bacon burger with ranch dressing. When I got home I had a shrimp taco plate and no ranch dressing. It was really a very simple order and this is the third order that I have had a problem with. I love Chili's food and therefore a steadfast customer, but this time I walked in and went to the appointed to go counter 45 minutes after my order was taken. I expected that my order would be a little cold because I was late, but I had to wait another 15 minutes while the girl serving me took a phone call and had to call the manager to accept my gift certificate. While I was waiting I noticed how the restaurant was absolutely disgustingly dirty on the counter, tables, floor with old grease. It pains me to say this because I love the food so much. There were a barrage of servers just hanging around chatting about anything but work. I ended up waiting minutes on an order I called in minutes ago. It is absolutely not acceptable!
