I love this place. Great selection of breakfast and lunch food. This restaurant was on food network's show dinners drive ins and dives.

Service is gr8 and the food is exquisite. Biscuit and gravy is fabulous, waffles were alright. Coffee is one of my favorites freshly brewed. Syrup and jam r homemade. Oh, and they serve the best Denver Omelette ever. I strongly recommmend going on a weekday for breakfast b4 2pm (since it's over at that time) unless ur one of those that like to head during the weekend and don't care about the long line and wait because believe me, this place gets packed. It is a bit small but it's worth dinning there. Staff is very friendly. Two thumbs up!

Pete's is the place to go for a great breakfast. We find a friendly real smile, personality, warmth, a mix of people, great food... Easy to keep going here. We have friends and family who visit and have to stop at Pete's for breakfast. I love the homestyle potatoes (enough flavor to enjoy without being in your face). The biscuits are huge, tasty and done to perfection. I have a hard time ordering anything but The Greek omelette or Italian pesto one, but we all have our favorites. My girlfriend tends to get a Blueberry Pancake egg combo with a Boca Burger for her vegetarian taste buds. The experience is one of friendly service, great food, reasonable cost, in a relaxed down to earth atmosphere.

Vacationing in Ventura had breakfast at Pete's. How I wish there was one near my home in Los Angeles. Actually I'd drive 20 miles to eat food as delicious at I had at Pete's. There just isn't any place like it, not even near. And I've been to a lot of places for a very long time. Wish I were in Ventura sitting at a table in Pete's.
