wonderful ambiance and great food. It's dime lighting and quiet. Great for business meetings - you can actually hear each other. I love the cashew chicken and my husband loves the London Broil. House dressing for the salad is great. Betty & Darrell

I would Highly recomend Chateau Chang. The Salmon is superb. Call ahead for reservations as they fill up fast, and often host private parties.

Took my wife for her birthday and had Quail for the appetizer and had duck for the dinner this was Outstanding !

10-3-06 for lunch, service bad to below average, food below average. I have always been pleased with the food here but yesterday no. The appetizers were overcooked to almost burned and the main entree (which is my favorite and had ordered several times prior) was overcooked, the appearance was as though someone had forgotten to take it out of the oven.
