I was referred to you by Norman from Royal plumbing . From the very first day I met James he assured me every thing would be ok , I was in good hands. He talked me through the steps of repair and kept in contact with me as each step was ending and beginning. I am a widow and have medical issues. I was displaced as I call it from my home in Adelanto, and had to stay in Barstow with family. Not being able to drive I would have to depend on my daughter to bring me if James needed to show me anything or pick out materiels for repair. James went beyond his duties to make appoints with me at my convinces , Even at Starbucks on Bear valley Rd. My only regret is my Insurance would not make direct payment to Kount on us Cleaning.
