Used to love the place until the owners got on their high horse. Was a loyal patron for 2 years. And one night wanted us to leave cause we were in the best seat of the house and didn't buy anything. Even though we ALWAYS bought food or drinks the other times we went. Plus they play favoritism with people who have been going there for a long time.

whenever going to a karaoke bar, especially a small one with a lot of regulars,

your best bet is to go on a weeknight. you will get to sing more often and get

to know the DJ. My husband and I had a rough time on a Saturday night. but

then we went on Wednesday and sang a lot. we went the following Saturday

and had a great time.

Although I have lived practically across the street for almost 2 years, I never went to Docker's until recently. We went on a Saturday night for a friends birthday party. I definetely recommend not going to this place and I personally will never go again. Yes, it did look like they had an extensive karaoke library. However, after eating and a night of light-moderate drinking with me and my fiance, I had a $65 bar tab which would only be $40-$50 at my regular bar, and all of my friends had similarly high bills. In addition to that, after my first song I spent approximately 2 1/2 hours watching other people sing 2-3 times and was never called up again, even though being assured by the DJ that I was "coming up soon."
