I would give them zero stars if I could!! They charged me a "no-show" fee for a 3:00 appointment when I scheduled my appointment for 6:00! I never received a confirmation email or phone call! When I called to speak to someone I spoke to the Assistant Manager Roxy who was rude and condescending. She was of no help and said that they don't send out confirmation emails for same day appointments which in talking with the Director of Operations turned out to be a lie! She even said that they would normally waive a "no-show" fee but because they were fully booked they weren't going to waive a fee I shouldn't have been charged in the first place! This was supposed to be my first time here but I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy!! Calling the news or a lawyer if corporate can't help!!

The front desk girls are so friendly and they treat you as if you are their friends instead of a customer. I love how they are always smiling and recognize who I am by my first name. I have a membership here and love everything about it. I look forward to my massages every month. I have tried a couple different therapists out and have liked every single one! You must try this place out!!

Awesome! Extraordinary! If you love being pampered from the moment you walk in the door, then this is the place for you. The personnel, the therapists, and the ambience are all first class. If you don't visit, you are truly missing out on an experience!

I love this place. I don't get off work until 8:00 pm and have had several great massages after work. ME has plenty of therapists to choose from and I plan to try them all! friendly staff and very clean. I highly recommend.

I got a massage there and it was the best massage that i have ever had. I am so glad that my friend gave me a gift card to go there. It was so good that i even got a membership. Thank you Massage Envy you made my day there worth the time i spent there from when i walked into walked out.
