Just moved to the area and Dr. Sheffield spent more time with me than any vet we've ever seen. She was very caring and thorough with her exam of my boxer and I know he will get excellent care here! There was some confusion over past vet records and the staff handled it extremely professionally and got it taken care of immediately.

Salem Vets and staff are *top notch*. They solved a hot spot issue in 1 week that 3 other (Banfield) vets were unable to resolve in 4 months. They also provide over-the-counter remedies when possible instead of trying to sell pricey doggie versions. Exams are thorough, my furry baby is healthy and happy, and I can't say enough good things about this clinic!
