On a scale of 1-10, might give it a 2. Have eaten here for years at a kid from Waco. Used to always be good but today it's gone downhill. They nickel and dollar you to death, service means move you in and out fast, two breakfasts with coffee..... cost us $35, nothing extra for a "greasy" breakfast. Sorry will change to IHOP on future visits to hometown. Adios Pancake House! Cashier, greeter Ha! He’s a grumpy old man that wants you to shove some greasy food down ur throat, pay him a high cash price and move on. God forbid a customer who has a question about his/her bill!
