We ordered carry-out tonight & the food was TERRIBLE! First, I could'nt cut through the pork in the Wonton Soup(undercooked). The chicken fried rice was stuck together(as if it had been sitting there since they opened). Finally the S&S Pork was so dry & tough that I could only get my fork 1/2 way into it. My husband packed up the food to take it back & called before he left & was told they had'nt had no complaints today so they were not going to do anything for us. $34.00 is a lot of money to waste these days. Whatever happened to customer service. I mean, one look at the containers & you could see 3/4 of the food was still there. We've ordered carry-out from Lotus Pond on many occasions but this will be our LAST TIME.

Great Chinese food at reasonable prices. Some of the best Chinese food on the east side.
