Stein Shostak Shostak & O'Hara was established as a professional corporation in 1976 as the successor to Stein & Shostak, est. 1955. The firm was originally established in 1933 as Law Offices of Philip Stein. In 2005, the firm merged its practice with the Law Offices of Elon A. Pollack, P.C. The firm limits its practice exclusively to U.S. Customs and International Trade Law and related matters. It is headquartered in Los Angeles, and also maintains offices in San Diego, Washington, D.C., and, Shanghai, P.R.C. The firm enjoys an outstanding reputation throughout the United States among U.S. Customs officials, the international trade bar, and members of the international trade community for its experience, integrity and professionalism.
