If there were negative stars, I would give it to the groomers. I brought my very docile dog there to be groomed. After I brought her home, I found a huge gash behind her leg which required several sutures. I was not only NOT informed of any issues with grooming, but I was given an attitude by the manager when I called them right away. She said that they were closing and their vet couldn't do anything until morning. AND I would have to pay out of pocket if I went to my own vet to close the gaping hole. I not only paid for a poor grooming with inattentive staff, but also had a dog with 2 sets of staples, antibiotics, and multiple vet visits. I absolutely understand that mistakes happen, but it is inexcusable that the groomer (hopefully) did NOT EVEN KNOW that she cut my dog so severely, and to be cast off by the manager as a nuisance. AND I recently discovered that 2 other dogs have been cut and sent home without a word, one of which suffered a severe infection.

that's stupid. Dogs are going to pee on stuff. That's what most of the untrained dogs in Waterbury do- pee on everything. And the owners can't be bothered to clean it up. Don't knock the store- knock the retarded owners who can't take care of their dogs.

And the dog food bags are AIR TIGHT. Unless you're a crazy germaphobe who can't stand touching anything that hasn't been sanitized sixty times, then don't worry about it tainting your precious pooch's food. Trust me, your dog will never know, and if he does, he will PROBABLY like it even more.
