Never answer the phone never open when they are supposed to be take a week or longer to return calls then try to charge late fees when its their fault that u couldnt pay on time....so unprofessional!

I found the best rates at Hal's and very easy to deal with no hassel. Good service, it is not the most up to date but the price is right
