Have called twice about dryers. The first was an older unit in an apartment. While the technician didn't have the exact belt needed, he returned promptly the next day and fixed it without issue. The second dryer (different location) simply stopped working one day. The technician informed me of the possible causes, did a little trouble shooting, and fixed the dryer in less than thirty minutes. Definitely would recommend.
