I was married in the fall of 1990 & I believe Elizabeth was just starting the business (and I recall her being an accomplished seamstress LONG BEFORE opening her boutique). Back when I was married, this was the 1st & Last place we looked. We got her FULL ATTENTION for a very long time ! I already knew what I wanted before we arrived, of course I tried that on first. If u remember the movie 'Mystic Pizza' you may recall the gown worn in the movie. It was basically layer upon layer of HUGE RUFFLES!! What can I tell us, THATS what was in-style at the time!!!! I was 92 lbs then, after putting the dress on - Elizabeth, my mother & soon to be Mother-In-Law all agreed that I was LOST inside the gown! I had to agree! Elizabeth looked & picked several to try. I don't recall what order I tried them on in, but when I got to THE ONE, we all gasped at the Striking, Perfect in every way gown! It was a size 10, I needed it to be a 2! And Elizabeth altered it Perfectly!! Mom put the deposit on her lovely investment, I mean GIFT!!! When the $1000+ was paid and the alterations complete, the gown came home!! And the rest is history!!
Fast-Forward 24 yrs, and now my daughter is shopping for a Prom gown. Needless to say we plan to revisit Elizabeths Creations to look. I guess we can do a little remenicsing too!
I can't yet comment on current service, yet. However even if it is only half as good now - it still will be a very pleasant experience, I'm sure!!
