I’ve been going here since they opened. Great prices and this is the only salon I go to for my brows. I love how they do my lashes too. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I went to Preeti Arch to have my eyebrows waxed. They asked me multiple times if I would instead like my eyebrows threaded. I said no. I waited for about 5-8 minutes and was told to take a seat in the salon, she started to wax below my left eyebrow when she became distracted with another customer and left me alone to sit there for 10 minutes. When she returned, there was no apology. While having my eyes closed (to continue waxing). She started threading! I told her no multiple times earlier. Since she already started and I didnt want my eyebrows uneven I allowed her to do the other side the same. Did I mention she also got wax on the top of my head? Over all experience was NOT GOOD.

Don't go here. I got a Groupon to get a Brazilian Bikini Wax from here and they BURNED me. DOWN THERE. I called and complained, they didn't do anything about, did not even seen like they cared. No discount, no coupon, no apologies, not even a reassurance that it would not happen again. DO NOT GO HERE. Plus it is in the middle of no where.
