OMG. By far the most dishonest travel agent ever. Doug Foster will guarantee you anything and everything just to get your money then will produce nothing. He is definitely headed to jail. Stay as far away from this guy as you can.

Doug Foster is a liar and does not honor anything he says. He promised in writing that he was giving me and my travel companions onboard credits, beverage packages and other gifts and delivered nothing. He has committed fraud and will have to answer for that. He does not have a Better Business rating because he refuses to respond to there request. If you don't believe me google the Kansas Better business bureau and look up Doug Foster Travel. Stay as far away from this very dishonest person. You will be glad you did. Don't even take a chance with him no matter what lies he tells you. it's not worth it. He claims to be a member of CLIA (cruise lines international association) but they want nothing to do with him. Contact them and ask them about him.

Not sure who this Sean guy is as this agent and agency are for real. He always done right either on our Caribbean cruises or our few trips to Las Vegas. I just wish that he had more staff and was able to ticket airfare. We always get what we pay for with this agency. I liked the deals he got us on Las Vegas hotel last time on the strip.

Doug Foster is the WORST travel agent in the business. The only good reviews he has are written by him. He is dougf74. Myself and my friends booked a cruise with this guy and he promised us in writing all kinds of stuff and he delivered nothing. Once he got paid from the cruise line he never responded to our calls. I now know of several people who used him and he screwed all of them. He is the most dishonest person I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Stay as far away from this thief as you can.

This agency always gives great service and deals. Just got off a cruise and another one booked next year.

Doug Foster is a fake. He should get no stars but you can't post unless you pick one. He does not give you anything he promises. He booked a cruise for me and 3 other families. He sent us, on his letter head, that he was gonna give us Onboard credits, beverage packages and more. He delivers nothing. Once he gets paid he doesn't answer his phone. Beware of this person. May God have mercy on his soul for doing so much wrong to his fellow Man/Woman.

I used this agency a year ago and found a great cruise. Doug gave me a great deal, on board credits and a bottle of wine was waiting on the ship for me.
