I had an appt. July 23rd with this co. No one ever showed up! I finally got a hold of the owner at the end of the day. He didn't know why his guys did not come. He then made an appt the next day for July 24th and said he would personally come and do my carpets. He was a No Show and did not call back with any explanation. I left 3 voicemail messages and received No apology phone call. I would not recommend this company!

Cleaned my rug literally within 5 minutes, total rush job. After it dried none of the spots were gone. My boyfriend came home and said, "I thought you had the rug cleaned". Couldn't tell a difference. $50 wasted. Called and left a message asking to speak to a supervisor, no one ever returned my call. Horrible business, stay away from.

Called and made an appointment for them to clean my carpet. They never showed up nor called me to let me know anything. I guess they do not need the business!

Used them today, WOW! What an excellent job. Carpets beaten up by dog and toddler, now look new again. Definitely use them. Dallas and his helper were very professional and arrived when they said they would. 4 rooms, hall, area rug and sofa/love seat and they were only here for a little over an hour. Great price too.
