The corporate staff in Greensboro is committed to providing support services, including training, to those that serve guests. The first Tripps Restaurant was opened in 1981 in Greensboro. There are more than 10 Tripps restaurants in the tri-state area of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The company has a branch located in Winston Salem, N.C., where it employs nearly 50 people.
