Horrible. Thats all I can say.

I have e*mailed K-9 2x with no response from anyone. I even had a friend e*mail on my behalf just to see if she would get a response. She did not hear from them either. If they cannot even return an e*mail, I don't see how they could even train my dog.. Thumbs down on these guys!
