Horrible V G. They made an appt. for my daughter, when I showed up I was told it was Ortho day and I was not suppose to be there. I said "I was scheduled for today" and the rep finally looked it up to say "Oh it was me that scheduled you"...hmmmm, yeah duh! Well they sent me 5 miles away to another location in Sun Valley, which was the dirtiest looking dental office I had been in and I wanted to shower. The male rep was rude and snobby and the denist told me my girl's problem was from the womb. I said "no she knocked out her tooth at 6 months, and the teeth that grew in are bruised (which dentists told me would happen years ago). He would not listen and take my reasoning. Her teeth were fine until she knocked them out. I say get a new dental provider like I did after I came home from that nightmare....
